Henry Cluney (born 4 August 1957) is a guitarist and former member of the band Stiff Little Fingers. He remained with the group until lead singer Jake Burns disbanded them in 1983.
Prior to becoming Stiff Little Fingers, Jake Burns, vocals and guitar, Henry Cluney, guitar, Gordon Blair, bass, and Brian Faloon, drums, were playing in a rock music cover band, Highway Star, in Belfast.
Along with the Clash, Belfast's Stiff Little Fingers were amongst the first punk bands to dive into social and personal issues, other than Anarchy in the U.K. Coming together in 1977, SLF was founded by guitarist Henry Cluney along with singer/guitarist Jake Burns, bass guitarist Ali McMordie and drummer Brian Faloon.

At the risk of provoking argument, Cluney is proving himself very worthy of the Stiff Little Fingers name indeed… At the end of his set, one gig-goer shakes Cluney’s hand and says “well, you didn’t want to be nobody’s hero…but tonight you were!”
