Eufemia (Yevtymiia) was the sister of Władysław Łokietek. [1] As reported by Jan Dlugosz, Euphemia was married to Yuri I of Galicia. One source says Eufemia was the second wife of King Yuriy I of Galicia. [2] Euphemia and Yuri I were parents to four children: 1.Andrew of Galicia (d.1323), King of Halych-Volhynia.
His mother was Euphemia of Kuyavia. After the death of his father, he ruled the kingdom together with his brother Lev II. Though the kingdom was one state managed together, there are sources informing that Andrew was seated in Volodymyr and Lev II in Galicia. Fighting Lithuania and Tatars.
