Plot. Stella Johnson is a beautiful widowed single mother who lives in the town of Harper Valley, Ohio. She sells cosmetics door-to-door for the fictitious AngelGlo Cosmetics and is not afraid to enjoy life. Her fourteen-year-old daughter, Dee, is a student at Harper Valley Junior High School.

Director. George Edwards. Screenplay. Stella Johnson is a single mother living in the town of Harper Valley. Most of the townsfolk, particularly those on the school PTA, think she is a little too liberal so they're making things tough for her and her daughter.
When Stella is forced to leave town with her teenage daughter, Stella gets revenge on the self-righteous hypocrites in the PTA who condemned her by exposing their drunken behavior and sexual escapades with photographic evidence.
