Christina Nilsdotter Gyllenstierna of Fogelvik (Swedish: Kristina or Kerstin: 1494 – January 1559, Hörningsholm Castle) was a Swedish noblewoman. She was married to the Swedish regent Sten Sture the Younger, and led the Swedish resistance against Christian II of Denmark after the death of her spouse.

The time the marriage took place was a troubled period in Swedish history marked by decades of conflict between Sweden and Denmark over who would rule the Swedish kingdom.

Kristina Nilsdotter Gyllenstierna was a member of the upper nobility who exerted significant political power during her lifetime. To posterity she is largely remembered as the defender of Stockholm around the time that King Christian II of the Kalmar Union attempted to conquer the city in 1520.
