Elizabeth is a proponent of ecological thinking and the adoption of regenerative organic agriculture, agroforestry and plant-forward lifestyles for human security, resilience, yield and health, to reverse desertification and climate change, and bring about planetary flourishing.
Elizabeth works to promote regenerative agricultural practices, protect organic agricultural standards, emphasizing the importance of soil carbon sequestration and ecological restoration to prevent desertification and enhance human and planetary health.
