Margaret Wotton, Marchioness of Dorset (1485 – 1541) was the second wife of Thomas Grey, 2nd Marquess of Dorset, and the mother of his children, including Henry Grey, 1st Duke of Suffolk, with whom she engaged in many quarrels during his minority over money and his allowance.
Henry Grey, marchese di Dorset e duca di Suffolk, era figlio di Thomas Grey, marchese di Dorset, e della seconda moglie Margaret Wotton. Fu il padre di Jane Grey, regina d'Inghilterra per pochi giorni. Alla morte del padre nel 1530 ereditò il titolo di Marchese di Dorset.

In 1509, Thomas Grey (now known as Lord Ferrers of Groby) married secondly Margaret Wotton (1487–1541), daughter of Sir Robert Wotton (c. 1463–1524) of Boughton Malherbe, Kent, and the widow of William Medley.
