Michael Clifford Badger (born 18 March 1962) is an English singer-songwriter, artist and sculptor from Liverpool, England. Co-founder of The La's he went on to form alternative country/roots rockabilly band The Onset in 1988 and Mike Badger and The Shady Trio in 2010.

The La's formed in 1983, with original member Mike Badger stating that the band name occurred to him in a dream, as well as it being Scouse for "lads", and having obvious musical connotations.
Mike Badger is a Musician, Artist and Writer who was born in Liverpool and now lives in North Wales. As a young man he joined forces with Lee Mavers to form the La’s and you could say the rest is history.
