Jason Derlatka (New York, 26 settembre 1972) è un compositore statunitense noto per la sua carriera solista, e per la breve militanza nella rock band Journey. Fra i suoi lavori più noti si possono citare la colonna sonora per la serie televisiva americana Dr. House - Medical Division.
Jason is a two-time Emmy nominated composer. While growing up in Montana, he started playing piano at age four. By age 11, he was studying at the University of Montana, where he would later receive a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in music.
