Trama: Bounce Ko Gals è il ritratto di una pratica sociale diffusa tra le adolescenti giapponesi: l'enjo kosai ("appuntamento sovvenzionato", "compagnia a pagamento"), che vede giovani ragazze accompagnarsi ad uomini adulti in cambio di doni o somme di denaro.

Synopsis. Filmed somewhat in documentary style, it follows three girls over the span of one day and night in the Shibuya district of Tokyo. Jonko runs a group of high school girls involved in paid dating, Raku is a street dancer, and Togo was brought up in the US and back in Japan for one year wants to escape to New York.
The film follows three Japanese schoolgirls in Tokyo escaping boredom in the streets of Shibuya. They confront their identities as young women in Japanese society, while dodging the yakuza in the lucrative and sometimes dangerous practice of "enjo kosai" or "date clubs."
