Philip III, Margrave of Baden-Rodemachern (15 August 1567 in Rodemachern – 6 November 1620 at Hochburg Castle in Emmendingen) was Margrave of Baden-Rodemachern from 1588 until his death.

Inherited Baden-Baden in 1588 from his cousin Philip III. In the same year he abdicated of Baden-Baden-Rodemachern to his younger brother Philip IV. In 1594 Baden was occupied by Durlach.
The Margraviate of Baden (German: Markgrafschaft Baden) was a historical territory of the Holy Roman Empire. Spread along the right banks of the Upper Rhine in south-western Germany, it was named a margraviate in 1112 and existed until 1535, when it was split into the two margraviates of Baden-Durlach and Baden-Baden.
