Bernie Leadon is an American musician and songwriter. In addition to his solo album and recordings with Eagles, Hearts & Flowers, Dillard & Clark, and the Flying Burrito Brothers, he has been featured as a performer and composer on many albums by other artists.
Bernard Matthew Leadon III (pronounced led-un; born July 19, 1947) is an American singer, musician, songwriter, and founding member of the Eagles, for which he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998.

Biografia. È noto principalmente come chitarrista della formazione originaria degli Eagles. Strumentista versatile, oltre alla chitarra ha suonato anche il banjo e il mandolino . Alla fine degli anni sessanta Leadon entrò nella band The Continentals in sostituzione di Stephen Stills, che aveva lasciato il gruppo.
