Countess Walburga of Egmont (c. 1489 – 7 March 1529), Dutch: Walburga Gravin van Egmont, was a countess from the House of Egmond and through marriage Countess of Nassau-Siegen.

Walburga of Walburgis van Egmont (29 oktober 1490 - Dillenburg 7 maart 1529) was de eerste vrouw van graaf Willem de Rijke. Walburga was de dochter van graaf Jan III van Egmont. Ze trouwde te Koblenz in mei 1506 op 16-jarige leeftijd met Willem de Rijke, de latere vader van Willem van Oranje.
Frederik of Egmont (ca. 1440–1521) was count of Buren and Leerdam, Lord of IJsselstein and councilor of Charles the Bold and Maximilian I. Frederik was the second son of William II of Egmont and Walburga of Meurs.
When Walburga Van Egmond was born about 1502, in IJsselstein, Utrecht, Netherlands, her father, Graaf Floris Egmont, was 34 and her mother, Marguerite De Glymes Berghes, was 23. She had at least 1 son and 3 daughters with Robert II 'de Jonge' vander MARK. She died on 12 April 1547, at the age of 46.
