Louisa Jane Hamilton, Duchess of Abercorn VA (née Lady Louisa Jane Russell; 8 July 1812 – 31 March 1905) was a member of the British aristocracy. She was the half-sister of Prime Minister John Russell, 1st Earl Russell.

Lady Louisa Jane Russell was born on the 8 July, 1812, Coates Castle, West Sussex, England, United Kingdom. She was the second daughter of John Russell, 6th Duke of Bedford and Lady Georgiana Gordon. Lady Louisa married James Hamilton, 1st Duke of Abercorn on the 25 October, 1832, at Gordon Castle, Fochabers, Moyashire, Scotland.

Lady Lansdowne was a daughter of James Hamilton, 1st Duke of Abercorn, and Lady Louisa Jane Russell. On 8 November 1869, she married Henry Petty-Fitzmaurice, 5th Marquess of Lansdowne, at Westminster Abbey and they had four children: Lady Evelyn Emily Mary Fitzmaurice (27 August 1870 – 2 April 1960)
