Herlufsholm School (Danish: Herlufsholm Skole og Gods) is a private day and boarding school by the River Suså in Næstved, about 80 kilometers (50 mi) south of Copenhagen. Herlufsholm was founded in 1565 as a boarding school for "sons of noble and other honest men" on the site of a former Benedictine monastery from the 12th century.

The school was founded on 23 May 1565 as a school for sons of nobles and other honest people. The school would accommodate children of the nobility, but also other children who strove for learning and education. Today Herlufsholm has students from 6 th grade to the final 3g of High School.

Herlufsholm is a Day and Boarding School welcoming both Danish, expats and International students. It is possible to enroll as a boarding student from 7. grade.
School fees. Herlufsholm is a private school, and all enrolled students therefore have to pay school fees, quarterly in advance. The fees cover teaching and lunch for day students, and for boarders also life in the student houses, meals, laundry and medical care. School fees for the school year 2024/25. Day students 6th-7th grade: 45.500 dkk
