Delegation is a British musical group formed in 1976 by Len Coley, Rick Bailey on lead vocals and Roddy Harris. The trio was soon discovered by music producer/songwriter, Ken Gold, who also wrote and produced the hits "You to Me Are Everything", and "Can't Get By Without You" for the Real Thing.

British soul-vocal group, formed in Birmingham in 1976, active until 1983. The earlier Group was composed by Ricky Bailey, Ray Patterson and Len Coley. In 1979 Len was replaced by Bruce Dunbar, later they added Texas born vocalist Kathy Bryant, with whom they delivered "It's Your Turn" in 1983.
3 apr 2011 · Len Coley lasciò la band e Bruce Dunbar lo rimpiazzò. Nel 1979 l’album Eau De Vie, con l’etichetta Ariola, conteneva le hits Heartache #9, You And I e Put A Little Love On Me. Nel 1980 Coley e Harris furono sostituiti da Ray Patterson e Bruce Dunbar, ma il successo ormai si stava spegnendo lentamente.
