Since 2018 she is starring as Cathrin Blake in the ARD-Degeto series 'The Irish Crime Story' that is set in Galway, Ireland. 2019 Désirée Nosbusch was awarded the prestigious Grimme Award for 'Best actress' for her portrayal of Christelle LeBlanc in the highly acclaimed international miniseries 'Bad Banks' directed by Christian Schwochow.
