Isabel Stuart (28 August 1676 – 2 March 1681), also called Isobel and Isabella, was a daughter of the future King James II of England and his second wife, Mary of Modena. Isabel was born at St James's Palace in London. [2]

Profile. My PhD research lies at the intersection of feminist performance, affect and emotions theory, and audience research. My research broadly argues that feelings matter in feminist performance and can be powerful tools for moving audiences to imagine a more feminist future both inside and outside the theatre.

Elizabeth Stuart (19 August 1596 – 13 February 1662) was Electress of the Palatinate and briefly Queen of Bohemia as the wife of Frederick V of the Palatinate. The couple's selection for the crown by the nobles of Bohemia was part of the political and religious turmoil setting off the Thirty Years' War .
