Sirje Karis (née Sirje Jädal ; born on August 9, 1956, in Pärnu, Estonia) is an Estonian museologist. Since October 11, 2021, she has been the spouse of the president of Estonia.
Sirje Karis (neiuna Sirje Jädal; sündinud 9. augustil 1956 Pärnus) on eesti museoloog, alates 11. oktoobrist 2021 Vabariigi Presidendi abikaasa. Ta on lõpetanud 1974. aastal Tartu 2. Keskkooli ja 1981. aastal Tartu Riikliku Ülikooli ajaloolasena ning õppinud aastatel 2002–2010 Tartu Ülikooli kultuurikorralduse magistriõppes.
Sirje Karis is the chairperson of the council of the Estonian National Museum and a member of the Estonian Museum Association and the Estonian National Committee of ICOM (the International Council of Museums).
