Schmit has three children: a daughter by his first wife and a daughter and son by his present wife. He was successfully treated for throat and neck cancer in late 2012. [10] [11]

Timothy Bruce Schmit, più noto come Timothy B. Schmit (Oakland, 30 ottobre 1947), è un cantautore e bassista statunitense, conosciuto soprattutto per la sua militanza nei Poco e negli Eagles. Nel 1998 è stato incluso nella Rock and Roll Hall of Fame , in qualità di membro degli Eagles.
28 apr 2017 · Timothy B. Schmit first experienced commercial success as a teenager, when his band the New Breed had a hit in 1965 with "Green Eyed Woman." A few years later, he joined Poco, which led to his joining the Eagles in 1977.
