Glasgow. Gender. Boys. Age. 4 to 12. St Peter's Boys School was a Roman Catholic school in Stewartville Street, Partick, Scotland. It is no longer a school, having merged with Notre Dame Primary School in 2013. [1] The building has been converted into a block of flats and the old playgrounds are residents' car parks.

23 giu 2020 · While there were certain boys and girls schools for example St. Peter’s Boys School, there was no rule in place meaning boys and girls had to be educated separately and most Glasgow schools admitted both boys and girls.

Stewartville Public School, latterly St Peter's Boys School Stewartville Street was built in the Renaissance style with rock-faced red sandstone. The façade features a series of Dutch gables which is a rather unusual feature for the conservatively minded school boards of the period.
