Joshua Mikel is an American actor who portrayed Jared in AMC's The Walking Dead.
Mikel studied acting and filming in the Florida State Film School. He is also known particularly for his theater for young audiences. As a director, he has created and animated music videos.
He lives in Atlanta, Georgia where he is represented by J Pervis Talent and managed by Silver Lining Entertainment.
•He also portrayed a walker in Season 2.
•He's one of six The Walking Dead cast members to have appeared in the Terminator franchise. The others being Xander Berkeley (Gregory), Kerry Cahill (Dianne), Zach McGowan (Justin), Robert Patrick (Mays/Mays' Twin) and Michael Biehn (Ian)
•Additionally, Gale Anne Hurd is a producer in the franchise.
