Kimi Raikkonen. Fast-tracked into the sport with the shortest CV on four wheels, the unknown newcomer who came from nowhere and said next to nothing immediately proved he knew exactly what he was doing: driving a Formula 1 car as fast as it could possibly go.
At 20, Kimi lifted the trophy as Champion of the British Formula Renault winter series, and in the following two seasons won an impressive 13 out of 23 Formula Renault UK Championship races. A year later he got his first taste of Formula 1, testing for Sauber at Ferrari’s Mugello circuit.
Nella gara conclusiva a San Paolo del Brasile, Kimi arrivò a sommare 110 punti in classifica. La Stagione 2008 vide Kimi vincere due corse e giocare un ruolo chiave per la Scuderia Ferrari: con il suo aiuto, infatti, la Casa di Maranello vinse il suo sedicesimo Titolo Costruttori.
