Anthony Denis Davidson (born 18 April 1979) is a British former racing driver, currently working as an analyst for the Sky Sports F1 television channel, as part of the commentary team for WEC TV, as colour commentator for the F1 series of video games, and as simulator and demonstration driver for Mercedes AMG Petronas.

Anthony Davidson is a British racing driver, and was the 2014 FIA World Endurance Champion. Anthony retired from competive racing at the end of the 2021 season of the FIA World Endurance Championship, but continues to provide promotional and consultancy services utilising his expertise.
History. Anthony’s driving career began at the age of eight when he tried karting for the first time, a birthday present from his father Denis. What began as a family hobby quickly turned into a competitive sport.

1 feb 2022 · Before the end of the 2021 season, Davidson, now 42, announced his retirement from professional racing. Shortly after he lifted the third-place trophy for the FIA World Endurance Championship’s LMP2 class, giving his career one final coat of gloss.
11 set 2021 · At the age of 42, Anthony Davidson has ended his 23-year career as a professional driver, finishing his final endurance race, the 2021 Bapco 8 Hours of Bahrain, in fifth place overall and second in the LMP2 class.
