Hugo Junkers (Rheydt, 3 febbraio 1859 – Gauting, 3 febbraio 1935) è stato un ingegnere e imprenditore tedesco. Terzo dei sette figli dell'imprenditore Heinrich Junkers e di sua moglie Luise, fino al 1932 fu proprietario della Junkers Werke a Dessau da lui fondata e guidata fino a quell'anno.
