Victor Milner (New York, 15 dicembre 1893 – Los Angeles, 29 ottobre 1972) è stato un direttore della fotografia statunitense. Fu uno dei membri fondatori dell'American Society of Cinematographers (ASC). Vinse l'Oscar alla migliore fotografia nel 1935 per il film Cleopatra.
