Batman: Year One è un film d'animazione del 2011 diretto da Sam Liu e Lauren Montgomery e basato sull'omonimo fumetto di Frank Miller. Trama. L'agente di polizia James Gordon viene trasferito a Gotham City, dove si trova a dover convivere non solo con la criminalità, ma anche con la corruzione nel suo ambiente di lavoro.
Batman: Year One is a 2011 American animated superhero film based on the four-issue story arc of the same name printed in 1987. It was directed by Lauren Montgomery and Sam Liu. The film premiered at Comic-Con on July 22 and was officially released on October 18, 2011.
Trama. Il miliardario Bruce Wayne torna a casa a Gotham City dopo dodici anni passati all'estero, trascorsi ad addestrarsi per iniziare una personale guerra contro il crimine. Al contempo torna in città il poliziotto James Gordon, il quale si trasferisce con la moglie incinta Barbara dopo un trasferimento a Chicago.
