Sconclusionato terzo capitolo della saga di Amityville horror che non solo non aggiunge niente di nuovo alla storia, ma riesce nell'impresa di azzerare la tensione dei due precedenti film. Considerando che alla regia di quest'opera c'è Richard Fleischer le aspettative erano decisamente maggiori.
