He is being chased by a brutal Coast Guard Lt. Commander Ashley (William Devane) and confronts local crime syndicate member Maxie .

E' un piacere trovare Stephen Joyce, eccellente caratterista, per l'unica volta protagonista, militante dell'IRA e contrabbandiere verso il porto di N.Y. di un carico di whisky.
