Einstürzende Neubauten (IPA: [ˈaɪnˌʃtʏɐʦəndə ˈnɔʏˌbaʊtən]), liberamente traducibile in nuovi edifici che crollano, è un gruppo musicale tedesco di genere rumorista costituito a Berlino Ovest nel 1980 a opera di Blixa Bargeld e N.U. Unruh (nome d'arte di Andrew Chudy).

Einstürzende Neubauten ist eine deutsche Band, die einem experimentellen Musikstil nachgeht. Die Band wurde 1980 in West-Berlin von Blixa Bargeld, N. U. Unruh, Gudrun Gut und Beate Bartel gegründet; die beiden Letztgenannten spielten seit Mai 1979 bei Mania D.
Das Konstrukt EINSTÜRZENDE NEUBAUTEN wird mittels seiner bahnbrechenden Mischung zu einer der wenigen deutschen Bands, die international einen echten Impuls aussendet und auf zahlreiche andere Bands und Kunstgenres, vom Tanztheater zu Bildender Kunst, und auch Film -von Schlingensief bis Tarantino- bis heute inspirierend wirkt.
