Government official. Ali Kemal Bey (7 September 1869 – 6 November 1922) was a Turkish journalist, writer, poet, and liberal politician. He was Minister of the Interior for some three months in the government of Damat Ferid Pasha, the Grand Vizier of the Ottoman Empire.
