Faruq al-Qaddumi (Arabic: فاروق القدومي; born 18 August 1931) or Farouk al-Kaddoumi, also known by the kunya Abu al-Lutf, was Secretary-General of Fatah until 2009 and Chairman of Fatah's central committee and the Palestine Liberation Organization's political department, operating from Tunisia, in 2004-2009.

Farouq Qaddumi (also known as Abu Lutf) is Secretary-General of Fatah's central committee and the PLO's political department in Tunisia. Qaddumi was born in the Palestinian town of Nablus, moved with his family to Jaffa and then fled back to Nablus during the 1948 Israeli War of Independence.
