Ramiz Alia (Scutari, 18 ottobre 1925 – Tirana, 7 ottobre 2011) è stato un politico albanese, presidente della Repubblica Popolare Socialista d'Albania dal 1982 al 1991 e presidente della Repubblica d'Albania dal 1991 al 1992. Fu inoltre membro del Politburo del Partito del Lavoro d'Albania, dal 1966 al 1991.
