Maresciallo di Francia (Sedan 1765 - Courcelles, Seine-et-Oise, 1840), discendente da famiglia scozzese; combatté tutte le guerre della Rivoluzione, le campagne del Reno e d'Italia (1796-97) e fu governatore di Roma (1798).
