Mestwin I di Pomerania (polacco: Mściwój I gdański o Mszczuj I) (1160 circa – 1/2 maggio 1219 o 1220) è stato un nobile polacco. Fu reggente (un " namiestnik " o starosta ) di Pomerelia (si definì princeps Pomoranorum ) [3] dal 1205 circa fino alla sua morte.
Mestwin I (Polish: Mściwoj I gdański or Mszczuj I, Kashubian: Mscëwòj I; c. 1160 – 1/2 May 1219 or 1220) was Prince of Pomerelia (styled himself as princeps Pomoranorum) from about 1205 until his death.
