Laurentius Petri Nericius (Örebro, 1499 – Uppsala, 26 ottobre 1573) è stato un arcivescovo luterano svedese, arcivescovo di Uppsala dal 1531 al 1573. Lui e il fratello Olaus Petri sono, assieme con il re svedese Gustav Vasa, considerati i principali promotori della riforma luterana in Svezia e fondatori della Chiesa di Svezia.
Laurentius Petri Nericius (1499 – 27 October 1573) was a Swedish clergyman and the first Evangelical Lutheran Archbishop of Sweden. He and his brother Olaus Petri are, together with the King Gustav Vasa, regarded as the main Lutheran reformers of Sweden. They are commemorated by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America on 19 April.
Laurentius Petri (born 1499, Örebro, Sweden—died October 26, 1573, Uppsala) was a Lutheran churchman, a leader of the Protestant Reformation in Sweden and the first Protestant archbishop of Uppsala (1531–73). His influence was very great, although he was less dynamic and forceful than his brother Olaus.
