Lucas Watzenrode (anche citato come Lukas o Łukasz) (Toruń, 30 ottobre 1447 – Toruń, 29 marzo 1512) è stato un vescovo cattolico polacco, principe vescovo di Varmia. Niccolò Copernico, figlio di sua sorella, fu segretario di Watzenrode.

Nicolaus Copernicus was born in Torun, Poland, on February 19, 1473. When his father died in 1483, his maternal uncle, Lucas Watzenrode (who became bishop of Varmia in 1489), took over responsibility for him and his older brother.
