Vittorio I di Anhalt-Bernburg-Schaumburg-Hoym (Castello di Schaumburg, 7 settembre 1693 – Castello di Schaumburg, 15 aprile 1772) è stato un principe tedesco del casato d'Ascania che apparteneva ad un ramo cadetto del casato principesco di Anhalt-Bernburg.
Era figlio di Vittorio I di Anhalt-Bernburg-Schaumburg-Hoym, principe di Anhalt-Bernburg-Schaumburg-Hoym dal 1727 al 1772, e della prima moglie Carlotta Luisa di Isenburg-Birstein. Essendo il secondo figlio maschio, alla morte del padre nel 1772 il principato venne ereditato da suo fratello maggiore Carlo Ludovico .
Alla morte del margravio Vittorio Amedeo di Anhalt-Bernburg nel 1718, vi fu una ripartizione delle sue terre tra i suoi figli: Carlo Federico ottenne il Principato di Anhalt-Bernburg e Lebrecht ottenne il Principato di Anhalt-Zeitz-Hoym.
Anhalt-Bernburg-Schaumburg-Hoym (originally Anhalt-Zeitz-Hoym) was a German principality and member of the Holy Roman Empire. The death of Prince Victor Amadeus of Anhalt-Bernburg in 1718 resulted in the partition of his land, with his second son Prince Lebrecht inheriting what was originally known as Anhalt-Zeitz-Hoym .
