Carlos Silvestre Frenk CBE FRS (born 27 October 1951) is a Mexican-British cosmologist. Frenk graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and the University of Cambridge and spent his early research career in the United States, before settling permanently in the United Kingdom.
Director of the Institute for Computational Cosmology (ICC), Ogden Professor of Fundamental Physics, Principal Investigator of the Virgo Consortium. Professor Carlos S. Frenk is Director of the Institute for Computational Cosmology, Durham University's world-renowned theoretical cosmology research group.

Professor Carlos Frenk CBE FRS. Carlos Frenk is helping to answer some of the most basic — yet profound — questions about our Universe and its origins.
