Edward Arthur Milne (Kingston upon Hull, 14 febbraio 1896 – Dublino, 21 settembre 1950) è stato un astronomo e matematico britannico. Si occupò principalmente di astrofisica teorica e teoria della relatività.
Milne's earlier work was in mathematical astrophysics. Much of his research in the 1930s was concerned with the theory of relativity and cosmology. His later work, concerned with the interior structure of stars, aroused controversy. Milne was President of the Royal Astronomical Society, 1943–1945.

Edward Arthur Milne was an English astrophysicist and cosmologist best known for his development of kinematic relativity. Milne was educated at the University of Cambridge and served as assistant director of the Solar Physics Observatory at Cambridge from 1920 to 1924.
