Biografia. Giovanni Natale Buscema nacque l'11 dicembre 1927 a Brooklyn, New York (pochi mesi prima di Frank Frazetta, anche lui originario di Brooklyn). Mostrò interesse per il disegno in tenera età, copiando fumetti come Popeye.
