Terneuzen (Dutch pronunciation: [tɛrˈnøːzə(n)] ⓘ) is a city and municipality in the southwestern Netherlands, in the province of Zeeland, in the middle of Zeelandic Flanders. With almost 55,000 inhabitants, it is the most populous municipality of Zeeland.

De stad Terneuzen is de hoofdplaats van de gelijknamige gemeente Terneuzen en grootste stad in de regio Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. Terneuzen telt 26.080 inwoners (2023). Daarmee is het de vierde stad van Zeeland. De stad Terneuzen verkreeg op 23 april 1584 stadsrechten.
Terneuzen ist eine Gemeinde im Südwesten der Niederlande. Sie hatte am 1. Januar 2024 laut CBS 55.128 Einwohner, womit sie die größte in der Provinz Zeeland ist. Sie hat nach Rotterdam und Amsterdam den drittgrößten Hafen der Niederlande.
