Born 12/9 1958. Graduated as a screenwriter from the National Film School of Denmark in 1999. He started working as an illustrator and author particularly focusing on children's and youth books. Aakeson got his breakthrough with the romantic comedy 'The One and Only' directed by Susanne Bier.
