Biografia. Nata in Texas, Piper Perabo è figlia di George William Perabo, un docente statunitense di lontane origini italiane e tedesche che insegnava letteratura presso l'Ocean County College, e di Mary Charlotte Ulland, una fisioterapista statunitense di origini norvegesi.
