Kevin Chu or Chu Yen-ping ( Chinese: 朱延平; pinyin: Zhū Yánpíng; Wade–Giles: Chu Yen-ping; born December 1950) is a Taiwanese film director. Chu once said in an interview that he is "not an artist," but rather "a movie factory that puts out products to match the season", and is compared to Hong Kong director Wong Jing. [1]

Chu Kam Yin is a Hong Kong male swimmer and actor, member of the 2010 Hong Kong delegation of the Guangzhou Asian Games. He also represented Hong Kong, China, in the 2009 and 2011 International University Sports Federation.

Island of Fire (Chinese: 火燒島) is a 1990 Taiwanese-Hong Kong action film directed by Kevin Chu, and starring Jackie Chan, Andy Lau, Sammo Hung, Tony Leung Ka-fai and Tou Chung-hua. The film was shot in Taiwan and the Philippines in 42 days from 5 April until 17 May 1989. [1]
