She is the cofounder of the Nantucket Film Festival, which she also helmed, first as Artistic Director, then as Executive Director, from 1996-2008. Jill was also the Executive Director of the Screenwriters Colony from 1999-2001, a sister Nantucket organization created to enable screenwriting retreats and creative guidance.
