Paul Hilaire Augusta Gheysens (Ieper, 5 november 1953) is een Belgisch projectontwikkelaar, ondernemer en voetbalbestuurder. Hij is CEO van vastgoedinvesteerder en bouwbedrijf Ghelamco en eigenaar van voetbalclub Royal Antwerp FC.
Met Paul Gheysens komt de eerste West-Vlaamse miljardair in het vizier. Gheysens is de eigenaar van het bedrijf Ghelamco, nog best gekend wellicht van de Ghelamco-Arena, het voetbalstadion van KAA Gent. De bouw van de Ghelamco-Arena was voor Gheysens eigenlijk een ruiloperatie.

Ghelamco was established in Belgium in 1985 by Paul Gheysens, who is still the CEO and majority shareholder.
