Getting Started! The Stillwater campus, established in 2003, serves multiple missions to area students. Primarily a Gateway Program, the Stillwater campus serves students who would otherwise not be admitted to Oklahoma State University.
What is the Gateway Program? The NOC-OSU Gateway Program allows students to take courses at NOC Stillwater while preparing to transfer to OSU. Gateway students have access to a number of campus resources, making the transition to OSU even easier. Students also benefit from a number of OSU amenities and services including:
Northern Oklahoma College (NOC) is a public community college in Tonkawa, Oklahoma, with additional campuses located in Enid, Oklahoma and Stillwater, Oklahoma. Student enrollment is approximately 2,700.
NORTHERN OKLAHOMA COLLEGE. An accredited, two-year, liberal arts institution with campuses at Tonkawa and Enid, Northern Oklahoma College (NOC) was created as University Preparatory School (UPS) by the Sixth Oklahoma Territorial Legislature on March 8, 1901.
