Katrina M. Adams (born August 5, 1968) is an American tennis executive and former professional tennis player from Chicago. She was president and CEO of the United States Tennis Association and chair of the US Open, as well as the chair of the International Tennis Federation Fed Cup and Gender Equality in Tennis committees.

Adams is the first Black and the youngest person ever to serve as president, chairman and CEO of the United States Tennis Association. She was also a highly accomplished player on the WTA tour, winning 20 career doubles titles and reaching the quarterfinals or better in doubles at all four Grand Slam events.
The first African American to lead the United States Tennis Association (USTA), the first two term Chairman and President of said organization and the first former player to hold that honor.

8 mar 2024 · The former professional tennis player and now tennis executive, Katrina Adams (USA), is the Global Winner of the International Olympic Committee (IOC)’s 2023 Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (GEDI) Champions Award.
Adams was a trailblazing WTA Tour player whose career took her into the doubles Top 10 and singles Top 75. Spanning more than 10 years in the late '80s and '90s, Adams was on the frontlines of a generational shift. In her Wimbledon debut in 1988, she played against Chris Evert in the fourth round.
