Milltown Brothers are best known for the top 40 single, "Which Way Should I Jump" and "Here I Stand" which was also used as the theme tune to the BBC drama All Quiet on the Preston Front. The debut album Slinky peaked at number 27 in the UK Albums Chart in 1991, with Q Magazine awarding it 5 stars.
Plans are in place for the Milltown Brothers to play a number of gigs in early 2024 with a view to securing festival slots for the summer. The band is also in negotiation with Universal for the re-pressing and re-mastering of Slinky to coincide with the planned gig schedule of 2024.
