A film Production Office is the administrative office responsible for managing a film production. The office is responsible to the Film Producer and includes the Production Manager, Assistant Director and one or more Production Assistants.
A production office serves as the heartbeat of a film project, where key decisions are made and operations are centralized. It’s where directors, producers, and other department heads converge to ensure that creative visions align with practical execution.
